Step by step

How a drone survey booking runs

From first enquiry to written report, the sequence is short, and nothing touches the building at any stage.

Every flight in Northern Ireland follows the same stages, from booking through to the specialist's written findings.

  1. Enquiry and scoping

You describe the property and what prompted the request. A specialist confirms that a drone survey is the right tool and what the flight costs.

  2. Flight planning

The pilot checks airspace, weather windows and access around the property, and agrees a survey time with you.

  3. The survey flight

The roof, roofline, chimneys and gutters are photographed and filmed from every angle in a single visit, usually over within a couple of hours.

  4. Review and report

The imagery is reviewed and written up: what was checked, what is sound, what needs watching, and what needs action, with photographs for every finding.

  5. Aftercare

The report and imagery are yours to keep and share, and the specialist remains available to explain what the survey shows.
