Site terms
Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use this site and book a drone survey through NI Drone Surveys.
These terms govern your use of nidronesurveys.co.uk, operated by NI Drone Surveys, a drone survey business based in Belfast working across Northern Ireland. By browsing the site or submitting an enquiry you accept them.
What the pages are, and are not
The content on this site describes drone survey services in general terms and is written to help you decide whether a drone survey suits your situation. It is not a survey report, a valuation, a structural opinion or legal advice, and it cannot take account of any particular property. Only a commissioned survey, carried out on the day, says anything reliable about the building you care about.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting the form asks us to contact you; it does not book a survey or create a contract. Dates, scope and price are agreed directly before any flight takes place. The price is set out after a specialist has reviewed the property details.
Site content and survey imagery
The text and layout of this site belong to NI Drone Surveys and may not be copied without permission. Imagery delivered with a commissioned survey is licensed to the client for the purposes set out in the survey agreement, which is where those rights are defined.
Limits of responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and current but do not promise that every page reflects the latest position, and we accept no liability for decisions taken on the strength of the site alone. Anything you rely on should come from the written survey report provided by the specialist who carries out the survey, and that specialist is responsible for its contents.
Links to other sites
Where this site links outward, those destinations are run by others and we cannot vouch for what they publish or how they handle data.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time; the version shown here is the one in force. Questions about them are welcome through the enquiry form.
